New restrictions under discussion are utterly mad

The measures being considered are wrong, cruel, and disproportionate (not to mention wholly unenforceable).

Question: How do you turn a nation completely stark raving mad; push its health (both physical and mental) to the limits; and further threaten its economic stability?

Answer: Lock said nation indoors, and slap those who dare to leave their homes more than the permitted one time per week with a hefty fine.

Since this is exactly the sort of insensible, unmeasured, and disproportionate course of action we should not be taking — especially after ten long months of heavy restrictions — in response to the virus, it reportedly is the course of action currently being considered by our ill-considered Government.

This, of course, is wrong, cruel, and disproportionate (not to mention wholly unenforceable).

And some believed that 2021 would beckon the end of all this madness.

On the contrary, this is here to stay — at least until more people begin to question the establishment’s failed narrative.
